Masquerade Mask

Hello creative friends :)
Here with another masquerade mask to share! I just LOVE to
create masks! And i tend to always have one side different than the other. As if'
to show the duality within us all! I hope you like this project! I only nabbed on pic, due to time constraints! I plan to do a tutorial soon! It's super fun and easy! Huge hugs and thank you for looking :)
Check out the supply list if you want any of the items used! xoxo

The left side of the mask i used gorgeous Prima paper which was embossed and highlighted
with white Impasto Paint. Then on the right side I went "darker" showing both sides of a person. I broke another ( yesss...ANOTHER... lol frame from the Memory Hardware line) It just fit
so perfectly! And then *gasp* I used green! It's growing on me!!!! hehe!

Thanks for viewing everyone :)

I really got grungy, using tons of rust paste! I LOVE the stuff, what can i say! And again, breaking my resin Memory Hardware frames! I just cant help myself these days!
I stamped a ton of butterflies then cut them out ! The vines took the rust paste oh so well too!
Hard to tell, but there is a little candle stick pedestal to prop up the box , and i laces up the front of the box because , well, i just can't help it lol. I used different dies to add interest around the lid. Then adding the color was the best part! Splattering and dripping it here and there! This paint is thick ! Really thick! So it needed help with water !

I hope you like my little box :) It was so fun to create!

Mixed Media Assemblage Clock

Hello my lovely blogging friends! Playing catch up here with some older projects I just

got back recently from the summer SPC show! They highlight the glorious
new Impasto Paints from Finnabair ,which are MAGICAL! I just love love love them!
I altered this clock using the paints in a huge variety of colors! Then kept it simple, letting
the paint "do it's thanggg" lol. I hope you like it! If you haven't grabbed any of these
paints yet, you must! I highly recommend them! All products linked below for your
shopping convenience, just click and it takes you straight to shop :)
If you have any questions do let me know! Huge hugs! xoxo

Like I said, this is quite simple! But i just wanted those glorious colors to show through!
So for the outside I gessoed it black, then used some of my fave Impasto Paints
and just used my fingers to spread the color around! So fun getting messy! I also highlighted some areas with the White Gold Wax!
The Inside is so simple! i took a piece of thick acetate cut to size, embosssed it, then glued it firmly in place! Added some thread, some die cut leaves, mechanicals, and a gorgeous bloom from Prima. Topped off with a Relics Fave covered in micro beads. a few splatters and that was it! It was nice to be "less is more" for once. Or was it??? LOL you all are the true judges. Huge hugs!
